Common Torque Specifications for 2007 Ford F-150 (5.4L V8)
Cylinder Head Bolts:

First pass: 30 lb-ft (40 Nm)
Second pass: Tighten an additional 90 degrees
Final pass: Tighten an additional 90 degrees
Main Bearing Bolts:

Step 1: 35 lb-ft (47 Nm)
Step 2: 60 lb-ft (82 Nm)
Connecting Rod Bolts:

30 lb-ft (40 Nm)
Crankshaft Pulley Bolt:

66 lb-ft (90 Nm) plus an additional 90 degrees
Camshaft Caps:

89 inch-lbs (10 Nm)
Intake Manifold Bolts:

89 inch-lbs (10 Nm)
Exhaust Manifold Bolts:

18 lb-ft (25 Nm)
Oil Pan Bolts:

10 lb-ft (14 Nm)
Flywheel Bolts:

44 lb-ft (60 Nm) then 90 degrees
