I took the fuel lines off the throttle body and removed it and took it apart and cleaned it. Now, it will turn over, but it will not start, acts like it is not getting any fire.

Hi,

Do me a favor. Check to see if it starts using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, it indicates an issue with the fuel supply. If there is no change, then I need you to check for spark at the plugs.

Here is a link that explains how to do it:

Try this and let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe

Hi,

If it won't start with starting fluid, did you check for spark at the plugs?

Let me know.

Got spark from the coil the metal fuel lines that hook to the throttle body are right in front of the distributor and I had to move them around a bit wondering if one of them might have moved it or loosened a wire.

Hi,

Anything is possible. Each fuel injector is a solenoid-operated device controlled by the ECM.

Do me a favor. I attached diagnostics below related to the injector circuit. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them. This will help determine if there is a possible wiring issue.

Let me know.

Joe
