What is the torque pressure on the rocking arm bolts?

good morning my name is Roy and I will help.
there is no torque. It is a process to adjust each valve. you need to be sure the valve is totally closed by rotating the engine. then tighten the rocker nut until the push rod feels tight. then tighten one full turn. this needs to be done to each valve.
