to much oil in my truck

I had my oil change and drove it about 8 to 9 miles and my truck start spitting and poping so something told to check the oil and it was about 2 qts. Over fill so I drain half of out and change the spark plugs and wires a drove it about 1 mile and it stop poping alittle bit sould I drive some until all of the oil brun off
