Tire goes in? You need to explain. Also, if there is a vibration, can you describe it... when it happens, what speed, is the check engine light on...

The dash vibrates no the engine light not on. The tires point to left but it don't vibrate while driving just when I turn the car on it sounds like when you put a vibrating toy on a table

IF the engine seems to be running smoothly and the RPM's are staying around 700 at idle, I would recommend having the motor mounts checked to see if one is bad and allowing the engine vibration to resonate throughout the vehicle.

You will have to give us more info on this problem, when you say the tyres go in on the car, are the tyres touching the body work? are they pointing at an odd angle? lust not sure what you are alluding too.

It sounds like you have a tie rod end that is bad or a ball joint, this guide will give you an idea on the tie rod end replacement.
