My vehicle was formerly used by the police. It has the stock 17" wheels and tires, but I was wondering if I could install slightly bigger tires and rims? Nothing go to extreme just 19-20".

standard size is 265/6518 so they should be 18" so you probably can check with a tire store though they will know.
