Tire size difference, swap?

Can I replace a 195/75r14 tire with a 195/70r14 on the back? All my tires are the same size, 195/75r14's, it won't hurt to use a 195/70r14 will it?

It won't physically hurt the vehicle, but it can cause the car to handle differently and not respond the same.
