Tire size

1999 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX

I have been looking around online for tires and some of the sites I have visited said some tires would not fit even thought they are the exact size as the current tires on my car which are 225/60/16. Wanted to know if the tires would actually fit even though the site says they wont but are the same size.

I do not know what you are reading, but if they are the same size, they will definitely fit. You do have to be concerned with the tread design if you are replacing less than all four.
