All four tire pressure sensors have flat lined. Can they be reset, or do they have to be replaced? If they can't be reset, can they be turned off?

Hello, no they cannot be turned off, they are required by law now to be functioning during the vehicle's inspection period. If they all stopped working at once and all you are getting is dashes where the tire pressure info should be, it's possible the sensors are not sending a signal to the module responsible for them. If they stopped working one by one, they might need new batteries or need to be replaced, in which a tire pressure monitor programming scan tool is needed. But it is a required safety feature now.

This is some service info on the TPMS warning lamp On. The batteries are supposed to be good for 10 years, but never last that long.
