My tire pressure sensor light is on. I recently got new tires and the tested each sensor and they all work. They tried to use the ODB II scanner to delete the light and they were unable to. They said all 4 sensors are working, so it must be something wrong with the computer.

Any ideas on how I can clear the light?

Thanks

Yeah unfortunately a regular one scan tool isn't gonna do it

What it needs is a bi directional scan tool and/or" a professional grade tpms tool
That said"
I think at this poin sou ds like you just had this done recently so If it wasn't showing a tpms light on before you had the tires done but now it is ..than the best thing you can do is take it back to the tire shop again and they should have the proper tools it takes to turn the ligh out or to diagnose it properly or at least point you in the right direction to another shop in your area that can but a regular obd scan tool will not do it ...
Good luck hope this helps
