Front passenger tire keeps locking up

I have replaced hub bearing, brakes and brake line. The ABS light is on as well as traction control light. Any help would be appreciated.

Just to be clear, you are replacing these parts as a result of the tire locking up? If that is the case we need to assume the caliper is the issue if this is still happening and this is the only tire doing it.

Also, since these lights are on we need to pull the codes before we do anything because there could be a wheel speed sensor issue but that is unlikely to cause an issue on just one tire but we need to start with that. Here is a guide that will show how to do this:

Lastly if it proves to be the caliper then I attached the process from the manual below on how to replace the caliper.
