Tire locked

I was backing up right front tire made crunching sound then locked up. Shifts fine will move but tire stuck is this transmission problem?

When you put the car in park does it make a strange grinding sound? Please lift the front of the car. Here is a guide:

See if the wheels roll by hand (engine off).

When in park sounds fine. Wheels will not move in air.

Do the wheels move a little back and forth or they both do not move at all? I am trying to see if the transmission is the issue or a axle bearing. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what is going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
