My car has a code thrown for a camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor but I do not believe it is the timing belt because my car will not accelerate past thirty five mph sometimes. But I can put it in neutral shut the car off start it back up and it will accelerate like normal. Plus my car idles smoothly and starts with the first turn over. So again I do not think it is the timing belt. I believe it may be electrical?

Will not hurt to check that the valve timing is correct, with that done clear all codes, and re drive and it car falters re code and report findings. It is unusual to get both cam and crank faults with a common electrical problem. May be clean PCM and sensor terminals with a terminal cleaner you can get at any parts shop, make sure all sensor plugs are clean and tight, start here.
