Has a high idle 1,000 RPMs in neutral. Randomly stalls when driving, usually when slowing or coming to a stop. Starts right back up. Timing is 14 Degrees at 1,000 RPMs. Should be 10 degrees 700.
Checked for vacuum leak.
Replaced thermostat and throttle body gasket which helped a little.
Replaced;
PCV Hose
Valve Cover Gaskets
EGR Valve
O2 Sensor
Spark Plugs
Wires
Air Filter
Distributer Cap
Distributer Rotor
Ignition Module
Fuel Filter

Not sure where to waste money next?

Check that the EGR isn't sticking open from carbon.

Yes, but the carbon breaks free and can stick it open. Pull the valve and check for carbon build up. They make screens to keep the crud out if needed.
