timing I think

1991 Subaru Legacy. Changed timing belt and water pump. Had problems with crank shaft bolt and moved timing. Thought I had readjusted it back to marks put everything together and it won't start. I have since found out that it has computer controlled timing and it isn't adjustable. Don't know what to do please help

check your compression first to see if you bent valves.
