Timing chains

200,000 MILES • 4.7L • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Replaced all three timing chains. Had everything lined up correctly but when I rotated the engine 7 revolutions both cam chains are 1 tooth off. Rotate 7 more times and both cam chains come up 2 teeth off. Is this normal?
