Timing chain replacement

I replaced my timing chain, water pump, belts hoses, cam position sensor ACDelco 2133826, and ACDelco 214-1105 GM Original Equipment Vapor Canister Purge Valve. The engine only starts every other attempt, and has been occasionally having a miss or two at stoplights, but otherwise is running strong.

Does it crank over when it will not start?

Are there any codes?

Did you clean the throttle body?

Hi, just wanted to join in as well. The crank no start issue, does it happen when it sits for a few hours or overnight? If that is the issue, I recommend you hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Turn key on and start it. After, shut it off and let it sit and make a note of the pressure when you shut it off and check the pressure again in about an hour. If low, check the fuel pressure regulator for a leak. Here is a link on how to check fuel pressure issues:
