timing chain problems

Do I need to change all three chains or just the main one?

I'm guessing your doing a 4.7? If the answer is yes, you do need to replace all chains, guides, and tensioners.

With mileage on your truck if it hasn't already been done I suggest changing the oil pump while you are there?
