Does anyone have a diagram for the timing chain replacement for my vehicle? Does anyone have any instructions on how to set the timing?

see pictures, this is how to set timing you need a special tool or some way to hold cams in place while doing this. like a plate made up for this. read carefully they said nothing about right side.
