I put a new timing chain set in my engine. I am sure set the marks in the correct position. However, the engine will not start unless I rotate the cam sensor counter clock wise fully. Even then it idles very rough and then stalls. Attempts at acceleration seem to be low power. What could the problem be? Incorrect timing?

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I took so long to get back but the problem was not the timing. It was the Idle Air Control Valve.
Thanks for the help guys.
