What are the timing chain replacement hours?

Amount of time for an experienced DIY mechanic to replace timing chains, guides and water pump in this engine? Engine is still running fine at this point, just getting noisy.

The water pump should be included since it needs to be removed to do the timing chains. Here are the labor times for the timing chains and guides.

Timing Chain, R&R 7.0 HRS @ shop rate

NOTE (Optional Labor) To R&R Chain Guides, Add Each 0.1 HRS @ shop rate

To R&R Chain Tensioner, Add 0.1 HRS @ shop rate

To R&R Crankshaft Gear, Add 0.2 HRS @ shop rate
