timing belt was loose we tighten it went to time it cant seem to find the timing marks on bottom pulley

Car was running really rough turned it off and now it just cranks over but sounds like it wants to fire but wont we have fuel and spark please help me.

The crank sprocket and intermediate sprocket have marks on them. They should be facing each other.
