True or not true? If you have a broken timing belt every time you turn the engine over, you could damage the valves. Thanks, Glenn

This is an interference engine. Here are the instructions on how to replace the timing belt with torque specs and timing belt marks so you can replace it yourself or see how the job is done to see what you are paying for. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Ken, I saw this today it’s a list of car makers and which ones had engines that were Interference engine or non. This screenshot is just a little section of it. I just thought I’d send this to you. thanks for everything. this car is not mine just helping someone out, we haven’t went in it yet but I’ll let you know how it turns out. thanks for your help.
