I am changing timing belt, I did mark the two cam wheels and crank gear thought they were all lined up when I put new belt on but I see left cam wheel mark is left and right wheel is moved to right of mark. I do not know how this happen. Can I just remove belt and then turn cam wheels back to mark?

As long as you have the marks in the correct position and everything together correctly, it will be fine. However, the belt should not just come off. There should be tension on it which holds it in place. I attached a timing schematic for you if needed.
