Trying to align the timing belt

2001 TOYOTA CAMRY

Have installed my new timing belt and alligned with timing marks.. It says to rotate two revolutions. Marks are still good.Then it says to rotate 1 7/8 revolutions and align on BTDC? I do not understand. Help

re read the instructions i am sending and look at picture. it has to line up with BTDC mark in picture it is probably hard to see.
