I replaced the water pump, and I had to remove the timing belt. Do I put the timing belt back on TDC or should I just put it back on the same way that it came off?

I would start with the engine on TDC so you can tell if you are a tooth off or not. Here are the instructions on how to install the timing belt in the images below. Sorry for the slow response, we have been really busy. Roll the crank and cam slowly without forcing it because this is an interference engine. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
