Very seldom will these codes be the sensors. Usually it is a mechanical problem and the sensors are demonstrated as being okay because they are setting the codes. This is a common issue on VVT equipped engines. It is most likely related to failed VVT sprockets or the chain tension-er has failed and let the chain move enough to look like the sprockets are stuck in the full advanced position. Two lower cost options first, check the oil level and change it if it is within 3,000 miles of the last oil change. The tension-er and sprockets are very sensitive of oil level and quality.
Then see if the sprockets are moving properly. If you have an O-scope you can look at the signals from the crank and cam sensors and check those against the baseline and see if the timing is changing or fixed.
If you do not you will want to find either a shop or a diagnostics pro who can test things for you.
