I just replaced head gasket on my truck listed above. I had to remove my valve covers and rocker arms. Do I need to reset timing. If so how?

Hello,

So you changed the head gasket and to do that you took off the head. You do not need to set timing. Unless you have to move/turn the timing chain for some reason.
Did you have to do any adjustment inside the head? If not then no other adjustment needed.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
