Timing belt marks please?

I need to know how to time the engine in the car listed above with a twin overhead cam four cylinder.

All of the accords in our database have single camshafts. Is this a Japan engine? Here is the timing marks for the 2003 engine which has chains and dual camshafts and the signal overhead camshaft with a timing belt. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
