Will crank but will not start?

My car shut off and would not restart so I replaced timing chain timing sensors and she will crank but will not start and what started this whole thing was I got a code of P0420 which told me catalytic converter I have the catalytic converter unbolted and I've replaced the O2 sensor on the catalytic converter

So the cats are unbolts and it still not start? Will it run on starting fluid? Also how does it sounds while cranking, can you please upload a shirt video of the engine cranking from under the hood so I can tell if the engine is any good or not? Also this video will help as well.
