I did a head gasket repair, got a new timing belt and water pump I got the crankshaft ahead of the camshaft by two or three teeth, should I be worried ? I did crank it a bit before I caught my mistake, I'm sure its an interference engine , is two or three teeth to much and should I be looking to replacing valves.

You are going to have issues. I am not sure that this is enough to damage the valves but they definitely to be looked at to see if they hit the piston.

However, even if they are not off enough to hit the piston, they are off enough to have compression issues which means you are going to have performance issues.

I included your timing marks so you will need to pull it back down and make sure they are set properly.
