Timing

I just replaced my timing belt and trying to start, but it will not turn over. I give it gas and it almost starts. Both points line up after the second rotation. What am I doing wrong?

Check compression if its low then the timing belt in on wrong.

If this is a DOHC, there are no marks to line up. You need special tools to time it.
