Codes P1009 and P0341, Camshaft Timing?

Had this car for almost two years and it has always had a valve rattle during start up. I have replaced multiple parts, the o2 sensor, VVT solenoid and camshaft sensor due to codes keep coming up. Now the car won't start and idle. Codes it is showing now are p1009 and p0341 along with Emissions warning light and VSA warning. Nothing has ever made the rattle stop during startup either. What do I need to do to fix this car properly?

It sounds like the timing chain has jumped. If you can upload a short video of the engine cranking, I can tell for sure. These codes and noise are telling you the timing chain/guides are the issue. If the engine has no compression which I can tell from the video, then the engine will need to be rebuilt because the valves and contacted the pistons.
