Tilt not working

All i hear is click, click, in any of the 4 directions.

The likely cause of this would be the motor or a switch issue. The fact that all four directions are the same makes me think the steering column module is causing it.

However, the way to find out for sure is to check the voltage at the motor in each direction.

If you have the voltage there, then that is the issue.

If you don't have voltage, there or not proper voltage then that would explain the clicking. The motor is trying to move but doesn't have enough voltage to actually do it.

However, the thing that will tell us what direction to go is determining what the voltage is at the motor.
