How do I adjust the steering wheel?

The steering wheel tilt lever is broken?

There is no way to move the title without the handle unless you take the cover off of the column and move it manually. check the images below for the exploded view, this will help you with the repair. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
