Tilt Gate not working, can’t open?

Central lock and tilt gate not working, may I have the power and ground diagram, as well as the pin out diagrams so I can trace wiring.

Sure, did you check the fuses, this is where I would begin, also can you hear the release latch trying to work? If so, Please go over this video which can help. Here are the wiring diagrams for the lift back.

9 time out of 10 it will but the lift motor (drive unit). We need to check to see if the lift motor is getting power. Please check for 12 volts at the red wire when the system is on. Let me know.
