There are not any torque specs for the tie rods because it is not possible to put a torque wrench on them when you are tightening them. The inner tie rod needs to be tightened to the point it doesn't move with a wrench. I am attaching the info below on how to do this.

The outer tie rod needs to be installed based on length and not torque so you need to count the number of turns it takes to remove the outer tie rod and then then the new one the same amount in order to get it close to where it is properly aligned.
You still need to get it aligned but this will get it close.
Lastly the castle nut that holds the tie rod to the knuckle is tightened to the point you can put the cotter pin through the tie rod and castle nut. They list a turning torque, but I have never used these torque specs but attached them for you anyway.
