Ticking noise

Got a loud ticking noise thinking it's the lifters I've replaced 3 and the others one seem find no play in them

Yep, this is common with these engines, what happens is the roller rockers take a dump and spit the roller bearing out of them, also the same thing happens to the lifters. I would remove the components on the cylinders that are having an issue for inspection. Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems.
