Loud engine ticking sound when driving?

My engine sounded small ticking then I was driving I heard a sound, and the ticking is super loud. It's there when the car starts and when I accelerate it gets loud. When I stop at a stop sign it almost stalls like there is no oil getting to it.

This sounds like a lifter problem is a connecting rod bearing. Do you have a check engine light on? This can tell us which problem you have. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
