thumping noise somewhere in the car

There is a klunking noise when I drive or idle. It doesn't klunk as much idling as it does running. It sounds exactally the same as if your were drying shoes in the dryer

more info. I just replaced the water pump, power steering pump, power steering pulley and the drive belt had 4 new tires put on within the past week and air filter, plugs and wires about 2months ago

if you replaced belt then replace tensioner as well. with a noise like this it's better to have this physically looked at. also have torque converter bolts looked at as they may have loosened and any shields around engine may be hitting.
