I hear a thumping noise whenever I drive between 20-35 mph from the front driver side wheel area. It happens when either accelerating or decelerating, but I don't hear it much at higher speeds. The speed of the thump increases as I speed up and slows down when decelerating.

checkthe tire for a bulge if you see it replace it immediately. if no bulge try putting front on back and if sound goes away it's the tire. If not ti may be a wheel bearing so have that checked out.
