Throttle response is sluggish?

I have the car listed above z28, I just bought it and had been sitting for 4 years. so, I changed the fuel pump, drained gas, new fuel filter, installed headers, new plugs and wires, and a new throttle response sensor. It starts right up but really sluggish has no throttle response. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

This can be caused by a MAF that needs to be replaced or the catalytic converter is getting clogged. here is two guides that can help us, and I have included how to change out the MAF sensor in the images below. Also check the air filter.
