Throttle position sensor reading 95%?

I'm going to throttle position sensor keeps showing that it's at 95 when the car is at idle the car keeps going into limp mode when I'm going up hills and very bad delay when hitting the gas pedal.

Yep, this happens when the throttle body needs to be replaced. Here is the location and I would clear the codes once the repair is completed. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
