I haven't been able to solve this issue. Every morning and every time i go home i get in the car and the Throttle is stuck closed. I can push the gas pedal and it will pop out no problem, but what's going on? I thought it might be a dirty Throttle body but that thing was clean. I hardly removed any build-up. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

You are correct that this is either the throttle bore is dirty or the throttle cable is binding.

If you cleaned the bore and it is clean then I would replace the cable and retest.

Below is the process from the manual on how to replace and adjust it. Let us know what happens with this. Thanks
