Throttle not working, engine will not go past 2,000 RPMs?

Changed throttle body but still not going past 2,000 RPMs. Now I got fuel rail pressure high input.

It sounds like the throttle pedal position sensor went out here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
