Throttle issue

When you take foot off brake car does not move. Surging upon accelerating. Lacking or delay in throttle response. Car was just in beach Ford having the electronic throttle body replaced about a month ago. In an effort to repair car also had a fuel pump replaced. No codes or wrench light. Gets worse the more you drive the car and the hotter the car gets.
Car very quickly decelerates after releasing accelerator
Surging upon accelerations sometimes.
Weak acceleration.
Timeline – 1 month ago car went into limp mode took car to dealer and they replaced electronic throttle body. After that new issue with throttle appeared. In an effort to repair took car to pepboys who replaced fuel pump. Issue persists and gets much worse when car driven in 90 degree heat for more than 1 hour.

For an issue like this we need to take it from the beginning by scanning for any trouble codes in the powertrain control module (PCM). Then do pinpoint tests according to what code/s or symptoms that the vehicle exhibits.
