I did a smoke test on my car and noticed very small amounts of smoke coming out of the throttle body screw holes and the plastic side cover. No smoke coming out of the gasket. Is it normal for the throttle body to not be air tight?
This is a new throttle body by the way. Thank you!

The only place smoke should be coming out of is the air filter housing. The system should be air tight, I would make sure the throttle body is secure by checking the bolts on the throttle body first. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on

I can't get a clear video but I did circle the spots where the smoke slowly leaks out on these pictures.

Hmmm, I have never seen a vacuum leak/smoke come out of there. I would try replacing the throttle body to see if that helps. Please double check the leak before removing it.
