Throttle body dirty

How do I clean server or cable. Car wont start. I ready something in throttle body gets dirty.

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and IAC (idle air control) hole with choke cleaner then try resetting security system is probably why car wont start if no owners manual look online for your car on how to do it.
