What are the Throttle Body Bolt Specs?

Just would like to know what size the Throttle Body Bolt is for my car listed above.

The bolts will be 10mm or 13mm and should be tightened down to 21 ft pounds. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
