Will any throttle body work for my van or does it have to be an original part like Mopar?

It doesn't have to be a Mopar part, but it does have to be the correct part for the engine and control system. So, you can't take the throttle body off a hemi and put it on your engine. However, some vehicle control systems are very fussy about the parts connected to them and it's possible for a low-quality part to cause error codes or even running problems because of the way they are made. That is one reason why I try to always use OE parts for things like that. So, for your vehicle the OE part is #4593858AB but there are a few aftermarket parts as well as remanufactured OE units. If your testing shows the TB is bad, then I would suggest a rebuilt unit or see if you can get a used OE part.
